What if I'm already running my own Facebook ads?

That's actually a good sign — you understand the channel works. We typically take over the ad management, audit what's running, and rebuild around the targeting and creative we know converts in this niche. If your existing campaigns are profitable, we won't touch them. If they're not, we'll show you exactly why on the call.
What's the contract length?

90 days for the flat-fee engagement. The 90-day clock starts the day ads go live, not the day you sign. If you choose the monthly option, it's a 3-month minimum commitment. After that, we can extend month-to-month if it's working for both sides.
What's included beyond the $7,000 fee?

Our fee covers ad creation, campaign management, AI caller setup and operation, CRM and automation setup, and tour booking onto your calendar. Ad spend is billed separately and goes directly to Facebook — we recommend a $2,500/month minimum to hit the 15-tour target. We'll walk through exactly what that includes on the call.
